I know this site is for "Pissed Consumers," so it was expected that I'd see mostly bad reviews. However, I wanted to give Money Metals Exchange a good review because I think they deserve it.

They have great prices, fantastic customer service, have a wide variety of products, they write in-depth content that helps me better understand gold and silver, and everyone I have spoken with is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I bought a silver starter kit on discount after seeing their promotion. The order arrived within days of placing my purchase, and each silver coin in the bag was in brilliant uncirculated (BU) condition.

Money Metals-employed representatives do not care about customers and will react negatively to any customer who challenges what they say. We have a right to transparent business behavior, as we are transparent in giving all our information and making purchases.

They should do the same with their service and selling. Not only is it completely unprofessional to behave this way towards a customer who's asking about business matters, but it's also absolutely unacceptable to ostracize a customer who expresses dissatisfaction.

This is an absolute sign of a woke and Marxist company! I want absolutely nothing to do with them and neither should anyone else who is for constitutional rights.

I explained that an item I ordered was not being delivered and the carrier is disorganized, that's why they can't make a delivery to me. Instead of providing good customer service for my dissatisfaction, I only received policies and procedures that don't do anything to solve my problem. To me, their customer service showed that they don't care about the dissatisfaction of any customers.

I purchased 10 1oz gold coins. My account number is A570139.

I purchased metals as savings and a hedge against a falling economy. I was convinced to store these metals with MME.

I decided to liquidate my metals and move them to a more liquid metals investment, namely OneGold. The spot price was $28, and they gave me $1.50 less than spot. I lost $15000 on the deal, but I wasn't worried as I thought I could easily take the money and move it over to the new investment. Even though I store my metals with MME, it took them 7 days to have the money in my account.

The metals prices after a week went way up. So now I'm down about $25000. The learning point is, DO NOT PURCHASE METALS FROM MME unless you have all the metals delivered to your home. Purchase your metals instead with OneGold or JM Bullion cybermetals, both of which are instantaneous.

Have a small amount of physical within hands reach, but keep it liquid.

MME is the slowest process, and while you're trying to preserve your wealth, you end up losing it with them. You have been warned.

Be very careful with Money Metals Exchange they advertise one item and sell you something different. Due to all their disclaimers, you are basically stuck with whatever they send you.

My advice is to avoid this online business and do your research and or investigations before being misled by them. There are better online businesses that make reputable transactions that you'll be more than satisfied with.

I mailed a check (#857) on December 17th. 2023.

It was for $2120.95 to purchase a Gold Canadian Maple Leaf coin. This check has not shown up on my computer. IF it was not received, I must call the bank and stop payment. Please advise.

The company is refusing to pay for a paid in full order cause they want an order paid for from the next month subscription. At this point I want my order fulfilled before I pay for my next order.

I sent an email about Money Metals &; a question with Paypal. I received no response..............EVER.

Avoid the company like the plaque !!! They will put your order through ,then charge a very high shipping cost and credit card fee.They do NOT respond to e-mails.

I feel I was ripped off.

Told it hadn't shipped yet, mgr said shipped yesterday 10/11 a holiday?? Maybe it will arrive, if it doesn't have to file with my bank and PayPal.

Should have gone with my gut instinct and not ordered!!! Live and learn!!!

At time of my purchase silver was at $ 22,89 per oz, With all hidden cost it has to reach $ 28.68 for me to break even. Someone made money just not the purchaser.
